What We Offer
At Island Dream Clean we cover a plethora of services to best meet our client’s satisfaction! If you have a specific tool or product you’d like us to use, please add it to the “Notes” section of your quote.
Basic Cleaning
Our Basic Cleaning service refreshes your home promptly. In each room, we target commonly touched, walked-on, and overall dirty areas. Service includes:
- Dust
- Wipe Down
- Vacuum
- Mop
- Take out Trash
- Upholstery Spray
- Windows ($30 extra per room)
In the kitchen, we do all of the above plus the stovetop and steel appliances. For dishes, we charge $25 extra.
In the bathrooms, we do all of the above plus scrub down the toilet, shower, sink(s), and glass.

Power Washing
Our Power Washing Service washes away all outdoor dirt and grime. Common services:
- Trash bins ($35 + $10 each additional can, can be scheduled recurringly)
- Driveway ($0.20/sqft)
- Sidewalk ($0.20/sqft)
- Patio ($0.30/sqft)
- Deck ($0.30 sqft)
- Pavement ($0.30 sqft)
- Siding ($0.20 sqft)

Our Stage Cleaning Service keeps things tidy before a house sale. Service includes:

Our Commercial Cleaning Service transforms the workplace into a clean and safe space. Service includes:

- Car Detailing (for rentals)

Deep Cleaning
Our Deep Cleaning covers everything in our Basic Cleaning, plus any organizing or extra cleaning catered to your needs! Please specify in the "Notes" section of your quote what you would like us to focus on and we'll ensure it gets cleaned. We clean all appliances including bongs, microwaves, fridges, juicers, food processors, etc.

Move-In/Move-Out
Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning includes everything in the Basic Cleaning with a focus on fans, untouched areas, walls, and in and around appliances. Please have the appliances moved before and after our cleaning, as we want to make sure they stay in optimal shape!

Gifted Cleaning
Do you have a loved one or friend who could use a cleaning but can't afford it? At Island Dream Clean, we believe everyone deserves a clean and comfortable space, regardless of their circumstances. That’s why once a month we offer Gifted Cleanings, a special service dedicated to those who can't afford or are physically unable to clean their homes. Whether it's due to financial hardship, illness, or other challenges, we're here to help. Our compassionate team provides thorough, respectful cleaning services to ensure a fresh, inviting environment for those in need, offering peace of mind and a sense of dignity.
